Marta K - maternity nurse
founder of Babies Unboxed
Marta has dedicated over twenty years to the care and development of children, with the last decade focused on her work as a Private Maternity Nurse within high-profile London households. Throughout her career, Marta noticed a recurring pattern: parents who are highly successful and intentional in their professional lives often feel "under-qualified" and paralysed by the information overload of the newborn phase.
She founded Babies Unboxed to bridge this gap. Her mission was to take the specialised knowledge usually reserved for those with a private maternity nurse and make it accessible to every intentional parent. By bringing together a team of seasoned specialists, she has created a professional toolkit that replaces "survival mode" with a sense of sanctuary. Marta ensures that parents have the tools to tune out the frantic guesswork and find their own natural rhythm with quiet confidence.
Marta’s own approach is built on the belief that when the right foundations are laid from the very beginning, things naturally fall into place. Having personally settled well over 100 infants, including 12 sets of twins, she consistently helps parents achieve long stretches of sleep, with babies often sleeping through the night by 12 weeks without a single tear. Her deep practical experience, underpinned by her academic studies in Infant Mental Health at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust and Integrative-relational Counselling at Kingston College, ensures that parents are well-rested and emotionally available for their partners and their babies.
